He is the founding director of Regent Selection Ltd and Regent Career Coaching Ltd which specialise respectively in executive recruitment and career development. Both organisations have an extensive client portfolio ranging from startups and SMEs and including some of the worlds largest corporations. John has experience as a headhunter, recruitment consultant and coach, and his successful assignments have spanned all industries and services and at all levels of candidates to Board Directors. It is this rare combination of skills and his experience of having personally conducted over 20,000 interviews are all factors which give him unique market and people insight. John is a graduate of the University of London where his Masters in Philosophy had a particularly contemporary focus on the role of ethics in our challenging workplace.
